WISHH to Participate in its Largest Regional Food Conference in Latin America

With the support of the United Soybean Board, WISHH will reach more than 3,000 attendees at Expo Alimentaria.

The ASA’s World Initiative for Soy in Human Health program brings its message of improving food security through trade and development to the largest regional food conference in Central America and the Caribbean this spring. With support from the United Soybean Board, WISHH will participate in Expo Alimentaria in Costa Rica. Expo Alimentaria is the premier business platform for the food industry in Central America and the Caribbean and brings together key leaders in food and beverage industries, notably meat and dairy.

WISHH will provide a conference speaker in Victor Lobo Di Palma, M.S. Di Palma holds over 20 years of experience as an adviser in Latin America, and will share his expertise on the use of soy protein ingredients in both dairy and meat applications with conference attendees. WISHH will also have a trade booth during the three-day event.

Expo Alimentaria hosts more than 3,000 attendees, gaining the attention of ingredient distributors as well as large and medium retail, service, and food and beverage processors. Participation in the largest food conference allows WISHH to highlight how it connects trade and development across global market systems, improving global food security and creating a win-win for its partners.
