Improving Health Through Soy: A Basic Training Manual

Description: Learn the health benefits of soy consumption and ways to prepare value-added soy products.  This manual is designed to improve knowledge of soy and increase skill in preparing healthy soy meals. Recipes using whole soybeans, soy flour, textured soy protein, and soy protein concentrates, and isolates are also included.
