CD 1: Program Introduction and Soya Cow Presentation
ASA/WISHH Director Jim Hershey talks about the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health program and the Soy Foods Short Course at the National Soybean Research Laboratory (NSRL), University of Illinois (UIUC). Then NSRL/UIUC Training Coordinator Danny Erickson demonstrates the use of a Soya Cow to make Soymilk and Okara.
CD 2: Soy Food Recipes and Preparation Demonstrations
Join NSRL/UIUC Research Dietitian Cheryl Sullivan and a group of international participants demonstrating preparation techniques for a variety of soy and soy- fortified foods. learn how to prepare weaning and baby foods, soy beverages, breads and cereals, appetizers and snacks, soups and stews, main and side dishes and sweets and desserts.
