Commercial Markets Best Practices

One of the goals of the development program of WISHH is to improve the economic security and income opportunities for poor people through the use of soy by supporting economically viable money making activities that can supplement family income. The aim of the programs is to support the activities that lead to the development an economically sustainable region. This program will focus on the micro level entrepreneurship as well as community level support.

Researchers are continuously developing new technologies to develop soy products. Along with these there is also an upsurge of the commercially available soy foods due to the numerous health benefits associated with the use of soy. Support will be needed to provide technical and /or business development services to new and fledgling small business units.

Information about the technologies available, the best practices in business as well as the commercial soy products, which are continuously updated, is available in this section. These strategies have been prepared using the US consumer market model.
