Jim Hershey Executive Director	Directs program aimed at enhancing and creating sustainable solutions for the protein needs of people in developing countries through the introduction and use of U.S soy.
Vickie Wilks Director of Operations	Manages the operations and implementation of contracts, programs and projects between home-office and field personnel. Supervises St. Louis based support staff.
Shannon Ward Project Development and Monitoring and Evaluation Manager	Develops proposals to U.S. government and multilateral agencies and oversees monitoring and evaluation of WISHH programs.
Erica Morrow Program Administrator	Administers activity assignments, consultant contracts, program and consultant payments, budget monitoring, travel arrangements and other program related activities.
Kacy Franklin WISHH Program Coordinator	Prepares and organizes program conferences, board meetings and other program related events. Coordinates board communication, reports, contracts and other miscellaneous projects. Provides overall administrative support to the Executive Director of the WISHH Program.
Lynn Burgdorf WISHH Program Associate	Coordinates state QSSB contracting and manages contact and donor database.
Open Resource Development and Communications Manager	Secures funding from checkoff boards for WISHH. Manages communications efforts of WISHH; web sites, newsletters, brochures, reports, press releases, speeches, photography and video.

Core Consultants

AgSource	Agsource provides support for the WISHH program in Washington, D.C. by maintaining constructive relationships with PVOs, NGOs and government agencies who are actively seeking private sector partners with which they can collaborate. Agsource assists by exchanging information about WISHH overseas activities and how those activities interface with government market development and food assistance programs. Agsource, in turn, deciphers the information to determine whether and how WISHH activities can supplement or complement agency programs then communicates the common interests to WISHH for future proposal development. Karen Coble Edwards KCE Public Affairs Associates, Outreach Consultant	Provides WISHH with strategic counsel and services to increase awareness of the benefits of soy protein in developing country diets. Works closely with the WISHH board of directors’ public relations committee, soy industry representatives as well as private voluntary organizations and other stakeholders. Malnutrition Matters	Malnutrition Matters works with WISHH to provide technical training and education on SoyDairy technology including the purchase, installation and maintenance of SoyCows and VitaGoats in some countries where WISHH has activities. This group works with WISHH in support of Non Governmental Organizations, Private Voluntary Organizations and small to medium-sized entrepreneurs to develop and expand nutrition and sustainable solutions to protein deficiency in developing countries. National Soybean Research Laboratory (NSRL) University of Illinois	NSRL provides technical services and resources for WISHH related to nutrition, food technology and processing, education and outreach, soy dairy training and equipment installation, as well as general soy information and education.
